If you would like to enjoy as a tea please dissolve one spoonful (1 g), 3-5 times a day, of the extract (use the spoon enclosed) in a cup containing hot or cold water. Usually, hot water is recommended. If you dislike bitter taste please add honey or other sweeteners to suppress the bitter taste. If the bitter taste does not bother you or if you do not wish to be bothered of preparing the ginseng tea every time then swallow one spoonful of the extract using the enclosed spoon. If you wish to recover from illness or sickness take twice the amount of described above.
If you wish to enjoy the extract as a cold beverage, dissolve 18 grams of the extract in 1.8 liter of hot water and keep the solution in refrigerator after it has cooled down to room temperature. Drink the cold water containing red ginseng extract when you feel thirsty.
